This weekend my son turned one. This milestone is both exciting and bittersweet. My sweet sweet little baby is becoming a little boy and we, as parents, survived our first year in parenthood. I am flooded with emotions of pride, of aleviation, and also sadness. The days are long but the years are short. Time… Continue reading My Son is One
I recently chatted in the SOUL family USA facebook group about a few of the SOUL wraps I have and what I like about them. So I thought I would post a quick review about the SOUL products I own and what I love about them, and maybe what I love less about them.
My son has a new game before bed as the sun sets behind the house. He plays in the sun spots and I stealthily try to snap a few pictures. Today I think we both won.
It's summer time which means we are on the hunt for places to play this summer. Indoor play, splash pads, shaded parks, etc.

For the past 6 months I have participated in 3 crafty swap exchanges with babywearing parents in my area. Every three months we are assigned a new 'secret partner' who we internet stalk, spend some time to make them something we think they will like, wrap it up, get together either close or from… Continue reading Creative Collective
I don't know why I'm always so intimidated to wrap in public. But I am and always default to a buckle carrier or ring sling. It could be worry that I'll do a bad wrap job, could be worry about wrapping in the parking lot, could be worry that he'll freak and need down faster… Continue reading Rucking in Public.
#Fluffmail Friday! So we've had a rough week, feverish sick baby, ER visit, sleepless nights (and days), cancelled plans, BUUUUUUT fluff mail makes it all better right? 😉 I think so.
